I'm currently playin as Bohemia and everytime i go into a war i find spanish troops walkin through my provinces! just strolling around as if they own the place. but when i check i am not at war with them or allied with them, i am not their vassels either :wacko: for some reason everytime i go to war with someone spain can move its troops through my territory. can anyone explain to me how this is happenin?

i curious as to how i can become get elected into the HRE, i am the only nation left within the boundies :wacko: does this mean spainw ill keep it?

The title of the Emperor has nothing to do with owning land in HRE. As long as you're Catholic, you have a chance to get elected.

If Spain indeed holds the title, then when the king of Spain dies, new elections will be held. Since Spain and Austria get an extra bonus, there's a good chance they will be elected again.

Yes. In your situation, the Spanish monarch is Holy Roman Emperor. One advantage of being HRE is that, while at war, your troops can freely enter any province included in the Empire.
