Problems with Registering and starting the Game

I used to be active with this profile way back in the day. I tried to register Rome Gold so I could get access to the tech forum, but it told me the key was already registered.

I am having a problem launching Rome. When I try to launch it, it tells me d3dx9_41.dll is missing from my computer. I downloaded Direct X June 10 and extracted it to a folder on my desktop. What should I do now?

Could you have used another ID to register Rome? If so that's a problem as we have no way of merging two user accounts, indeed having two IDs is not allowed.

For your DLL issue, you might read the EU3 tech support thread "EU3 most common problems ...", the fix is the same.
