So my buddy brings his computer over to my house so we can network together and play some HOI but it wont let either me or him join the game. We can see it but cannont click the game so we can play what is the trick. I know my network is fine cause after we gave up we played a bunch of other games.

you playing over valkrinet(sp) - you cant(due to the fact the you and your freind prob share the same external ip address) - do a local ip game instead
