Problems with installing Vae Victis

Hi!

I just bought Vae Vicitis from GamersGate. I've recived an confirmation and the game is now listed under purchased games. The download and installation seemed to work properly, but when I try to start the game it says that there's something wrong with the configuration of the program. I've tried to reinstall everything several times, but nothing helps. Any thoughts on how to solve this problem? And yes I do have vanilla Rome before, and it works fine then I reinstall it, until I try to ad Vae Victis.

Thoughts

You've tried reinstalling? What about redownloading and then reinstalling? Failing that I would recommend checking out the tech support forum (here in Pdox forums) for the game to see if others are having a similar problem. If you find nothing there I can tell you that the GG support people are helpful and fairly prompt. All that being said: Good luck with it as VV really is an excellent addition to EU:R!
