Problems with Email Verification

Hi,

In my Paradox Account it says I need to verify my email:

But when I attempt to do so it says my email address is already verified:

However, it then still displays my email like the first image - requesting that I verify my email.

I believe I probably verified my email in the distant past - but have not received a verification email recently.
