Same here! Lithoid does not work in steam and not in the paradox shop. gog i haven't tried..
vampire bloodlines 2 is fine and activated!
also the 50% discount in paradoxplaza does not work if there is already % %% on the product? i tried to buy imperator(33%) and surviving mars(66% off), both games are before 7th of may 2019.

i tried to remove imperator to test and then it told me that the voucher has been already added to the card

I could redeem the Lithoids Code via Paradox Plaza, at least it shows on Games tab "Stellaris: Lithoids Species Pack".
But I have the same issue with the 50% Discount Code for the store, the error message is also "Coupon code xxxxxx cannot currently be added to your cart." and I only tried to purchase Stellaris Addons till Megacorp (so all released before May 2019).
Thanks! But I entered the Code in Redeem-Tab and nothing happened edit: You have to add Lithoids DLC to your Cart first, then use the code there^^

I guess that's the point here.

Jesus Christ it worked.. you have to "buy" it in the plaza and then you get the 8€ discount.... man they could write this on the voucher!

If thats the case than the Discount Code is "nearly" useless. I thought that the term "cannot be combined with other offers" maybe only means that we can not use other Discount codes.

Problem solved. My Mistake
I'm also having this issue trying to purchase Imperator, which has no current discount offers and was released prior to May 7, 2019.
edit: I made a ticket and paradox was able to fix this for me.

When i buy a product in Paradox Plaza i do not get a steam key/code.
Lithoid Pack is in "My games" so i assume it will be synced once it is released on thursday with my linked Steam account... ?
