Problems starting the game, or no DLCs showing, using the MAC launcher?

If you are having problems starting the game, or can't see or activate any DLCs, using the launcher on a Mac computer.

Disable the Steam overlay and try running the game again!
- Go to your Steam Games Library
- Right click on Europa Universalis IV
- Click on "properties"
- Then uncheck "Enable Steam Community In-Game"

I don't know whether the overlay had any function in MP, that's why I was asking. If it doesn't, awesome, it's an easy workaround.

The overlay gives you access to your friends list, chat and Steam web browser. Should be pretty much the extent of it I believe.

We're looking into it! Apologies for the slow solution to these problems. We do have a plan, but it goes slower than expected and it will sadly be a while longer before a more permanent fix for the launcher is in place. You should ofc be able to play both ironman and your DLC's nonetheless.

This recent issue will hopefully be resolved momentarily. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
