problems launching ck2

I've downlaoded the game from steam, payed 40.00 euro's for it and it doesn't work.
When I want to play the game for the first and other times the launching screen pops up and I can't click on the dlc's or mod's when I click on 'start ck2' thescreen closes and... nothing happens at all. I've done the recommended actions on steam support, it says that i have to run two installations, but when I try the vcredist installation it say this:


Please resolve the following:

A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine.

anyone help or similar problem?

Please try installing:

First: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555

After that: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8328

Then: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
(If that doesn't do anything then http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 )

Then: visit the Windows Update site and allow it to apply all .NET updates/patches it wants to, for all .NET versions.
Then right-click on ck2.exe and ck2game.exe and set them to run as the Admin user.
And then check if you can run the game after that.
