"problematic" with peace offers.

Ok, so I was kicking the english out of France. I took all there French provinces, so that put me at 37%. I asked for Caux and normandie, wich was a total of 20%. But they didn't want to give it to me. (no englishmen were sieging the provinces, I was 100% safe) So do I have to ask something with 20% of difference ??? Or is it a bug??

it isn't a bug, the english are just being stubborn. Same kinda thing happened in my recent game as Portugal. I had taken Gibraltar, Granada, had nearly wiped out their army, and was beseiging their last province before they finally agreed to give up Gibraltar. They didn't have any allies that might rescue them either. They were just being stubborn. Sometimes the AI is like that. Just hold your ground and wait and eventually the english will come around. Ofcourse you could start beating on their allies and maybe even invade to try to get them to give in. Anyway just keep trying, bye!

What I did is invade there unfortified Irish provinces that they took in a previous war. It gave me A LOT of %. But I think it's a pain to go on the islands just to kick them out, I mean, the real french didn't do that.

Well actually the French did land troops in Ireland if that is what you were inferring.

No. It was a matter of too little too late. They had tried to support various native rebellions in order to gain a naval base from which they could harass the English. They only managed to turn up after each rebellion had been brutally put down.
The last expedition didn't even make the coast after meating minor resistence and turned back to France.
The French desire was there, but they lacked the commitment after suffering economically and militarily at the hands of the English throughout the world.

Well, I conquered 3/5 of Ireland jsut because I wanted to have 3 fricking provinces
