I've just noticed, in my game and with the incredibly stable Fatimids, that Jerusalem kingdom almost disappeared after 100 years game by drifting into the Egyptian [Fatimid] one. Now, only one duchy of it remains and it should drift definitly out of Jerusalem kingdom in ~10 years and let it become no more creatable. The duchy of Jerusalem itself has already drifted. Was that really necessary?

Maybe a slower drift (let say 200 years) or some other kind of ingame mechanic should prevent that sort of problem. I am quite sure the actual drift system isn't quite good...

Shouldn't the title just become titular and still be creatable? I actually rather like the 100 year drift absorbing the KoJ as it puts an end to the endlessly failing crusades into the region.

That's true, but I talk here about crazy and uncontrollated drift, which I honestly hardly understand.

Actually the Pope switched on Crusade for Egypt since then, where is the de-jure duchy of Jerusalemme now(

In the defines.lua file you can change the parameter for how many years it takes a duchy/kingdom to de-jure drift. You can effectively turn the feature off by raising the requirement to 1000 years or something. If a title has already de-jure drifted in a game and you want to change it back, you must edit the save game. In the save file find the line:

de_jure_liege="k_xxx"

under the entry for the title you wish to change (i.e. all the duchies within k_jerusalem). Just change these lines to whatever you please.
