problem with URSS manpower

Hi all,
AoD + iron cross
solo : scenario 38
human player = URSS
AI = agressive + iron cross difficult

we are in july 41. Barbarossa happend the 3 may 41.

each 15 day, the URSS received in box message a event : "short manpower -500!!"
of course i have not manpower with this event and i can't produce anything.

someone has a received the same message?
i think it is a bug.

Perhaps it is to do with the "limited resources for recruitment" event. I always take the manpower hit because I assume that if you don't something worse will happen later on. What did you pick with this event?

hi,

it is possible because i have received this event.
this event involves a reduction about your number men/day for exemple you have 2.2 mp/day and if you accept you have 0.9mp/day.
with the URSS, in mai 1941, i have just 120 mp in reserve !!! for 140 DI, 12 motos, 12 DB, 24 GAR, 18 milices ! with barbarossa, the mp would arrive quickly!! but i have this message box.

I think hes french because thats what a french player always use to say, also i think he calls AI, IA.
