My HOI4 can't running with the mod I download from the steam workshop, everytime when I launch the game is original without the mod I cited. So I recheck the profile document in the steam, fic the source document of the steam downloaded and re-download the game and all the mod profile but doesn't work. The game still running without the mod I cite in the luncher. Is there any way to love this problem?
