When running HOI4 it throws an error when communicating with Steam
"An error occurred when connecting to Steam. Make sure that Steam is running without administrator rights, and try running the game directly through Steam. If this error persists, contact customer support. You can also go to the game without paying attention to this error, but some functions will not be available in this case"
Restarting Steam didn't help.
I tried to reinstall the game - it didn't help either
