Problem with reformation as Emperor of the HRE

Hey guys,

i just started an game as Austria and it went realy well...

Well just until the point where the reformation hit germany and i enacted already the reform "Ewiger Landfriede" now i am not able to fight down the reformation and i am not getting any kind of imperial authority as i got 42 reformed princes within the empire.

So any suggestions what i can do in this case or do i have to restart?

And why do i not getting any kind of imperial authority when i add provinces to the empire?

You need to restart.

And why do i not getting any kind of imperial authority when i add provinces to the empire?

In the 1.30 now you only receive AI by other countries to join. I don't know even if liberating a country inside your provinces give you anything.

Wait for one elector to go protestant so league war starts. Then wait 30 years and catholic will be declared the winner since protestants do not even start the war. Then use the new action to force them to change religion to catholic.

I've never tried it - but could work.
