Problem with Ledger Graphs

I'm running vanilla Vicky 1.04 and I'm having a problem where none of the graphs in the ledger display anything. The scale on the left side shows "0" for every entry, don't know why this is happening. I'm at 1848 in game years so there should be something displayed in the graph. Link to screenshot is below:

John, you get that when you load a saved game. It will fix itself once a year has gone by. But when you save the game and come back to it later it will be "zero'ed" again. So the only way to see a long term graph it to always have the game up and running even if it's just paused while you cut the grass, take out the dog, make cookies, go to church, hit the bar or sleep.
