I just cant figure out how to do World Trade with Italy in the 36' scenario.

It starts the following way.

Make/Need
Coal 15000 495/274
Steel 15000 73/137
Rubber 10000 0/68.5
Oil 15000 11/26.4
Supplies 15000 90.42/95.60

I just doesnt seem to work for me.
I'll make a trade like 200 coal for 50 rubber. But then coal starts going down in supply while rubber doesnt slow down, it keeps going down at the same rate. Its like a glitch... but not. Oh, and I removed all the deafuly trades.

Does anyone know exactly what I should do numbers whise for world trade on the market.

On a seperate note, if I invade Greece before the war will the allies declare war on me?

Thanks

Try to use as many 100:100 coal for rubber trades as you can from the start, AS LONG as there are high amounts of rubber available.

As Germany I find for the 1st year the WM has a surplus of rubber so I usually keep its 450:150 trade set on game start, and add 2 or 3 100:100, even if it mean I am losing coal. Once, I get it to 99k or the WM runs low, I switch off all my 100:100 for trade and do enough trades at 4:1 coal:rubber so that my rubber income is a few over zero.

That way you get and keep maximum stores and then have coal catch up over the next 3 and 3/4 years.

You can always toggle the world map while time flies to tweak your trades, but 4:1 is the only way youll get rubber after the initial freebie period.

To take Greece withOUT incurring the wrath of UK, do it quickly. Identify the VP provinces and send in your forces at least 3:1, use shorebombardments and bomber attacks asap. If have paras use them to take ports provinces that are undefended, land transports there and then attack from land. You need to do it quickly though or they will dow!

But see, these things just dont ever work for me.

I set it up at 280 coal for 70 rubber. At first they were working. But now I'm still losing both coal and rubber. The coloring of the trade isnt even red. I just dont understand what I have to do to make this thing work.

Rubber is now 1107 and coal is 9999

I've tried every idea strategy and hint on this forum, nothing ever works for me.

Are you at war? When you are at war, you trades do not function properly. I'm assuming you are at war against Ethiopia when you start the game. After you annex them, your trade should work properly... until the next war. ;)
