I am not sure if this intended or not.
Anyway, the sunni caliph became empty and I wanted to invite a claimaint descendent of muhammad uncle person so I could give them the title (I do not feel right having it, as I am not desendent at all and I only got it from very high piety)
The problem is when I go to invite them they will not accept.
The reasons for them to not and to agree is this:
Relations with me: +++++
Relations with current liege: ---
Base reluctance: --
Can power push claim on my title: ++++
Cannot push claim on my title: ----
This is annoying because I do not understand why it says I can push his claim yet at the same time it is neutralized because it says I cannot push his claim (his only claims are on the sunni caliphate)
I noticed this happen at other occurances as well, with it having both at the same time.
Why does it do this? Why does it have both can push and cannot push?
EDIT:
Also, other claimants do not even show the can push claim and cannot push claim
