problem with installing sprites

I've downloaded the modern sprites from here:

and I replaced the files in the GFX but it gives me error and if I click "ignore" the sprites only shows the T-80 tank for each tank no matter the country
and in the inf only the one that looks like milita not the army guy for every inf
how do I install the sprites?

I know there's somthing I need to do with the files..but you're sure you don't know?
