problem with DLC cities skylines (EPS)

there are no purchased DLC in the game. (EPS)
they just suddenly disappeared
if you remove paradox Launcher v2 and the game from your computer, then download the game and run, the installation of paradox Launcher v2 will begin. if you run the game before the launcher is updated, then there is DLC in the game. if you start the game after updating the launcher, the DLC disappears.

Hello there, my issue is simple. I have some of dlcs and game launchers says "click to buy this extension", i click and see that i've already bought. How to deal with that issue? Thanks much.
