In my current game I have an issue with the diplomacy screen too.

I already posted it on StonyRoad but as it´s perhaps related to this problem I copy it here. "Unbekannt" is due to my german language operating system and probably would be "unknown" in english windows:

In my current game (HoI 1.06c, with CORE 0.91 installed) I get a crash whenever I try to access the diplomacyscreen after the Vichy event has fired.

The exact error shown by my Windows 98SE is:

When I load a savegame right before the Vichy event has fired that problem does not occur.

When I load the savegame right after the Vichy event has fired the crash always happens again. Either immediately when clicking on the icon for the diplomacyscreen or in a few cases (I reloaded 20 times and tried) when in the diplomacyscreen when clicking on Germany which in this game is the country I play.
