I got my CK2 upgraded to 1.092 recently, and it's been crashing every 20-40 minutes. I use Windows 7, I have all the core DLC (not all of the animation/music packs), don't have mods running, and these are brand new save games as well. In addition, I've never had these performance issues. I'm not sure what to do, and it's really frustrating not to be able to play this game. Any suggestions/help is appreciated!

You don't. You upload it to any public file hosting site, such as dropbox, and post a link to that in that thread.
