I have been watching my water taxi line for awhile and I've noticed a pretty severe pathfinding issue with boats. It seems like water taxis will hold off and not cross an area if there is an oncoming boat even remotely in the vicinity. Even if it is in no danger of crossing paths with the boat. Several times I've seen my taxi stop only to have to scroll across the screen to find the incoming boat. The taxi could have gone through unloaded/loaded and been on his way back before the boat was even close

This screenshot is not the most extreme example, I play on a higher speed, so I haven't quite hit the screenshot key at the right time, but he's waiting there probably upwards of 3-4x the amount of time that it would have taken him to cross that path.

Where is the boat in this image? Exactly. It's off the screen somewhere to the south. It was about 3 or 4 seconds later when it trundled into view.
