Problem trying to register hearts of iron III

I bought that game from steam, i want to play it in spanish but i can't found how.

Another problem. when I try to launch the game , several buttons appear as register , check for update , and start HoI3 also select the game mode . I press the button "register" and opens Internet but the link " https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/mygames.php? " not getting it. 404 Not Found appeared.

What can i do to register my game?
What can i do to play in spanish?

OK i solved the problem of register game

but I still not know how to play in Spanish...
