Problem to register a game

Hi!!

I had a problem with the 1.04 patch of CKII. Basically, I cannot access the save games anymore. I posted my problem in the CKII forum, and they told me I had to register and post my problem in the tech-support forum, which I can access when my game is registered.

The problem is that I already registered the game, a few days after I bought it from gamersgate (otherwise I don't thing I could have post in the CKII forum), and now it seems that it is not register anymore, I can register it again...and I can access the tech-support froum to ask why this and how can i make it. :wacko:

My version of CKII is absolutly "official", and I have the forum-code and everything...

So, please, can someone tell me how to solve the register problem (so I can try to solve the patch 1.04 problem.... :wacko ??

to have registered it you need to have at least two accounts which is strictly against the rules. games can't be unregistered and every code can only be used once. why are not simply using your other account and let an administrator delete this one?

Ok... now I understand the problem. Effectively, I have two accounts, both created back in 2003. I created the first one, then I had a problem with what was my emails adress by then, so I couldn't access a lot a fora here. I tried to fix it, then get rid of it, and created a other account. And stopped using both of them for almost ten years...

And now, when I am back here almost ten years after that, I just mix it, and used both account without noticing it.... :wacko:

Ok... but my problem is that my CKII game is registered on the account with hasn't email confirmation (and which I can never confirm), so I would prefer to keep this account (which apparently works)...

If someone can solve it please... :wacko: :wacko:

PD : informatics is very not my thing. I am very sorry if I broke some rule and mess it up, and I apologize...

The registration cannot be moved between accounts, I'm afraid. So your other account will have to be fixed up somehow, you should PM Castellon on that if he doesn't show up here shortly.

You can probably get another confirmation email sent to your other account.

That will not help if he does not have access to that e-mail., the OP can PM for instruction.

Ok, I'm really sorry for the inconvenients.

I would really like to keep at least one of the two accounts (10 years of Paradox, I'm true client ), "arsparfell" or "ar sparfell" and the register of CKII. I can send you all needed information (e-mail, game-code,...) I you want, just send me a private message to this account or the other one.
