Problem loading

I just recently added a few DLC and suddenly I cannot load any new or saved game, is there a problem with the game in general? or this is on my pc?

Yes, a few of them. But there was no problem the other day. Today I purchased Parklife, Green Cities, Train stations DLCs. And when I tried playing, no game will load, even if I start a new game.

We just had a major patch go live yesterday, which means mods may not work as expected for a little while. I recommend checking out this thread:

And definitely also check the P&P DLC Patch tab of this spreadsheet as it lists mods that are known to be broken, replacements where available, and which mods have already been fixed.

I have a similar problem. The games no longer load me and I can't play. I only have a few DLC and no mods. But I tried everything and I don't know what to do anymore.

I am having problems with city skylines loading up after the free update from steam.

This is all I get.

Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Looks like you have at least the old Extra Landscaping Tools cause issue. Please check your mods against the list of broken and incompatible mods, especially check the list on the tab called P&P DLC Patch and remove broken mods:

Make sure to enable replacements before loading your save. If that doesn't help, please attach the output_log.txt again from that attempt.

Thanks to everyone help got that problem fix by uninstalling all mods and putting some back in.

But now it is saying out of city limits and Building must be placed roadside all the time.
