Problem installing Crusader Kings on Vista

I'm trying to install from GamersGate, and I keep getting this message.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

Launch the GG installer as an admin.
The shortcut won't allow you to, so follow these steps:

1) Close the GG downloader if it is currently open
2) Type the following in a windows explorer (file manager) window: %WINDIR%
3) Open the 'GamersGate Downloader_1_0_0_75' folder
4) Right-click on 'GamersGate Downloader.exe' and select 'Properties'
5) Enable 'Run this program as an administrator' on the 'Compatibility' tab.

From now on the downloader will trigger the UAC and run as an administrator, allowing you to install games.
