Problem for launch my game

Hi guys. Sorry, but I've got a problem with CK2.
I just bought some DLCs, Charlemagne and WOL, and since then, I can't play anymore. I launch the game via Steam, and it asks for an update. And I keep waiting.
I checked cache integrity, launched again Steam but nothing. I can't find a way, can someone help me ?
I can download the game, my connection is ok.

Try changing your Steam download location to somewhere distant, so it comes from different Steam servers.

Please try a full clean re-install with Steam refresh:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "delete local content" in Steam-CK2
- exit Steam
- manually delete all files and folders left under Steam/CK2 AND Documents/Paradox/CK2
- manually delete everything in the Steam folder EXCEPT steam.exe and the /SteamApps/ folder
- manually run steam.exe to rebuild all that
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- start the game with no mods active and test

This is a Steam problem, not a game problem. Do you have any issue with any other Steam game? Can you install, say, the EU4 demo and play that OK?

Check you have all required ports open in all your firewalls for the Steam Client

No other steam's games are okey. I can launch and play with victoria II, EU4 and other game as Skyrim for example.

This problem is for ck2 only.

What if you exit Steam completely, and just manually run ck2game.exe ? What happens?

Ok then, can you move to a different machine, and log into Steam there and try it? That way we can tell if it's your Steam account, or some local issue like your machine or network.

I just had the same issue, and resolved it by updating Steam. It was only for CK2, as all other (that is, the two I tried haha) games worked, and I didn't try the stand-alone executable.
