Problem after Patch

I have just installed the Patch and now I have a problem.

First I played the game after normal installation and it was in german. (as it should, because i am living in germany)

Now after installing the patch the written language has changed to english while the spoken language did not change.

I want to switch it back to german but I can not find where to do it.

Does anyone know how the language can be changed?
