My dissent rapidly grow, and I don't know reason why? Please help.

What country are you playing as? Maybe it has alot of dissent events.

Is there any way to raise dissent in enemy country other then espionage. I've bombed britain down to 50 IC and it has under 50 convoys so I would expect their dissent to grow.

Nuking is the only way. However, you might able to pull of a trick where you completely destroy enemy IC when they can't provide their units enough supplies, leading to dissent. An indirect approach.

What country are you playing as? Maybe it has alot of dissent events.

Germany 1936 scenario.

 

[Rotten Venetic]

1. Send units into Rhineland asap to prevent Great War Demonstration, persistent event at +3 dissent
2. Trade enough rares to have a healthy surplus and avoid using Ersatz Conversion, another +something dissent every time.
