Probably should change rule which prevents you from starting a new murder plot from status quo to letting you restart it if you cancel it

Title - If you cancel a plot you lose the ability to plot for 10 years if this isn't a bug. You can't see who would join your plot and at what strength from the looks of it before you start - if this is in fact in this game its not really accessible - some1 tell me where this is and make it more visible. I'd love to befriend all of a king's potential enemies before going through with a plot.

I agree with the idea of being able to voluntarily cancel the plot and resume it again at any point without a cooldown, as long as the scheme was not detected. If the scheme was detected though I can understand some sort of serious penalty to restarting it.
