I'm surprised. Given that you're a supporter of Soviet doctrine. The USSR used women in combat in WW2. But, anyways, I agree. I believe in the "everyone according to their ability" doctrine. If some women are better able to use their services in other branches of the military, all the power to them.
I don't understand, though, your argument against a professional army. A professional army is better trained to "handle weapons' as you say.
I think, the basis of our argument over the past year or so, has been that the likelihood of a war against Eutopia is minimal. Therefore, a conscripted army is not necessary. A well-trained professional force is better trained to deal with all manners of warfare, including terrorism.
I mean, really, when was the last time a nation had to have full mobilization?
