I am sure you remember a question from my office during your campaign, I now wish to bring that issue back up. As MITA, im sorry, MTIA, you are in charge of immigration. There is currently no set in stone standard that I can find in either the Constituion or the Law books. Do you plan on establishing some sort of federal criteria a person must meet and codifying them? This would make it much easier for those of us who wish to become citizens of this fair country to do so.
I am one of those who wish to become a citizen, so thank you for your time, and once again congratulations.

O'Floinn walks slowly towards the great doors of the office he occupied so long ago. Stopping for a moment to observe his portrait, which hangs prominently amongst the others, he makes his way over to Josephus's secretary's desk.

Josephus welcomes the Commissioner into his office and notifies his secretary to shut the door. He motions to a couch and invites O'floinn to sit down.

Per Fourgères has informed me that you don't intend to change the budget allocations for my office. I think this is a good move. The current funding has proven to be sufficient thus far, and I believe there are more important places to put our limited funds at this time.
I need you to nominate two ministers for the Council of State.
And last, but not least, we need to discuss the land claims of Loic de Fourgères. As you may know, there was extensive discussion over his claims last term, but we never did reach a conclusion. I've gathered every document relevant to the issue in a sort of compendium, it contains basically every detail that we know about so far."
O'Floinn draws a paper-filled folder from his briefcase and drops it on the President's desk.
"You'll obviously not be able to make a good decision immediately, but do you have any initial reaction based on your prior knowledge of this issue?
I'm going to have to ask that you not discuss this with him for the time being."

Mr. Black. Jolly good idea. I'll set it up right away. Regarding legislation. I admit things are moving somewhat slowly. thankfully Langley is no where to be seen, as he would have a field day with our lack of progress. I, myself, have been distracted. However I am back now. I have proposed to my Party a couple of legislative ideas. But I like the idea of an interparty caucus idea where we can debate legislative ideas.

Prior to Fourgères bringing out the lease agreement, I had a number of discussions with Hawkton Tilly and President Al'Aeshir. In general, we agreed that Fourgères claims were...ah, the droppings of a male cow. There were just so many legal arguments that could be made in favor of our retention of the land that we never really thought it was reasonable to even talk about accepting the claims and turning over the land.
Anyway, after the lease agreement turned up, things got more complicated. Amric briefly discussed buying the land himself and handing it over to the government as a gift. Hawkton was highly critical of this idea, I have notes on the discussion that I believe accurately explain it. Al'Aeshir had just offered to buy the land.
These are based on a confidential discussion in the Cabinet Office, but I don't believe the state is any danger because I'm revealing them to you. Any new thoughts based on the new information?
