One of them politely explains to the VP that, no, the hijackers did not buy tickets, and even if they had they would not have done it in their own names. That would have been very stupid, even by criminal standards.
SAW confirms that they have already been in contact with the authorities of those countries and have presented a summary of their information to the MILE.

I think SAW's rights should be increased to electronic surveillance in airports to prevent these kind of incidents, or a separate agency should be created for the job.

This was not a problem with our security, but with Spanish security around the outside of the fence network. SAW agents do not need to have any jurisdiction in that situation.

I need all available SAW agents to be called up in this area. I want them equiped and ready and mobilized. They will work directly with the police and under my authority. This is a matter of national security.

"Sir, it is not part of our portfolio of duties, to keep our own military under surveillance. We have in the past investigated specific officers and situations, but we do not have regulary agents spying on our own military.
We do have some sources inside the military, but, I would ask, what do you intend to do once you find out where they are? And have you just considered asking the military?"
