Maison D'être is the Residence of Monsieur Moreau-Dumont, owner of Moreau Master Chocolatiers (MMT) Ltd. It is in the tucked away inland village of Sable west of Grandville, which is quite hard to get to as there is no Railway or Highway near the Village. Here you will find Jacques Moreau-Dumont himself.

1) The main goals of the CLD is to ensure that decisions that effect everyday people are made as locally as it is practical and wise to do so, which means the people effected can influence the decision more easily. This is reflected in our hope for a special autonomous status for Nouvelle Aquitane and Nouvelle Anjou that would give increased powers to the local authorities as well as people there.

2) The CLD will try to steer clear of radical, millitant actions such as strikes, but if the situation detiriorates to a certain point, we may have to consider to use them. But the CLD wants a Democratic solution, not a radical one.

3) I consider myself Socially Liberal and Ficscally Conservative, but I stress the CLD is open to Latins of all political background.

I personally never got involved with that organization. My general policy has been to tolerate the revolutionary socialist elements in Eutopia but not participate myself. Dank could help you more with that, were he not in jail. I could give you a few numbers of people that left the ECL and likely went joined the Friends. I'll keep you informed if I find anything else out.

Jacques Moreau-Dumont gatheres together some of his closest friends and confidants for an announcement at his rural Mansion, the Maison d'être, west of Grandville. His speech is made in French.

Brothers! We are entering a new chapter in the History of French Eutopia! The Coalition des Latins Démocratiques has failed, it has not got the support needed, and therefore the only way forward for the liberty of Franco-Eutopians is an armed struggle. I am forming the Armée de Franco-Eutopian Révolution (AFER), or as it will be known to the Anglos, the Franco-Eutopian Army of Revolution, FEAR.

It was not my intention to start an armed revolt when I started the CLD, but it is now clearly the only way. I have begun a deal with West Saharan exiles to grant us Training Camps in the desert, the next step will be to begin recruitment. A good area to recruit from is the layed off Soldiers from the St Espiritan Army, that area may be a Gold Mine and get us some very skilled people.

Please, if you will join, print out letters and flyers, spread the word of FEAR, and let the Anglos know the true meaning of FEAR!

The reception to this proposal is not exactly what Dumont had expected. There is a long silence, broken by a muffled cough, before someone speaks, hesitantly.

"Ah, okay, sure...we'll get right on that..."

Everyone files out of the room, leaving Dumont to wonder if perhaps he had misjudged the peoples' appetite for violence so close to the aftermath of the ECB bombing...

Jacques closest friends and participants in FEAR are invited to the Maison d'être for another speech.

Friends, I have invited you here today to give you my ideas of what FEAR will stand for, what it will hope to accomplish and what it's guidelines will be. First, I will detail it's principles to you all.

There will never, ever be any killing of Franco-Eutopian, Tilapian or St-Espiritan Civillians. They are our core supporters, hurting them would only destroy our cause.

We will try not to hurt or kill Non-Latin Civillians at all, but this may not be avoidable in certain circumstances, and this principle then shall not be set in stone.

As public opinion is against an armed struggle at the moment, we will not commence operations at this time. It will be nessecarry to strike when we have the support of the public, and we will achieve this by passing leaflets, flyers and posters around Nouvelle Aquitane and Nouvelle Anjou and using the CLD and La Voix as a mouthpiece to radicalize the Nation.

Our tactics will be henceforth: We will use assassinations of prominent figures who are against our ideas to weaken opposition against us, and we will try to destroy foreign relations with Eutopia (paticularly with the US, Tilapia and St-Espirit) to prevent a lifting of the arms embargo and weaken support for the reigime.

What FEAR will do in the following days will be this: I want a large recruitment drive started not only in Nouvelle Aquitane and Nouvelle Anjou, but also in St-Espirit, Tilapia, Spain and France.

I want to contact radical Latin Nationalists that are high up in the Tilapian Military and Government, this will be of vital importance, and it may prove to be our greatest asset.

I will also procure the weapons that we will need for our struggle against Eutopia in the meantime.
