I think we got to realise that health care is just money spent by that state helps people live longer. Take sewers for example, they reduce the number of people killed off young by Cholera, this is increases life expectancy but does not involve the state running hospitals.

Pensions simply give tax money to POPs, if your POPs are rich anyway then pensions won't make a blind bit of difference to them.

You obviously do not know the real truth about child labor.

It certainly built the society we live in today. My great grandfather started mining coal at 11, my grandfather at 15. That bleeding heart liberal Gladstone forced my grandfather to go to school for 4 more years instead of getting out into the world and earning money to help support the family.
