Well, it seems that my bringing up of the bill passed back in August or September on the topic has killed most of the debate with the exception of the asinine government volunteer centers for the promotion of "tolerance." I must say that I am getting sick and tired of bloody judicial activism on the part of the High Court...first the Presidential Vacancy nonsense...then their insane rulings on the shrinking of the National Assembly...then this piece of garbage...

Will no-one rid me of this troublesome judge?

But in all seriousness...in addition to the simply disgusting prospect of allowing homosexual couples to adopt children, Judge Dravidsthas has just annulled my marriage. And if any of you were married in a church/synagogue/temple, he annulled your marriage as well. According to Judge Dravidsthas, probably over 2/3 of the married population of this country is no longer married.

This has got to stop.

I suggest that we as a party support some sort of mechanism to make judges responsible to the people...whether by an impeachment process, or by direct recall (which I am highly beginning to favor), as part of a general "Populist" plank in our platform, including a federal system of government, perhaps.
