Prisoners should be more willing to accept conversion or renounce claims if you have an execution reason on them

Like the title says. If you have an execution reason on a prisoner, they should be more willing to renounce their claims or accept conversion if you offer that as part of a negotiated release, since they know you might execute them otherwise.
Alternatively, their should be an option in negotiating release to forgive all other crimes, so you can give up your execution reason on them if they renounce their claims.
