Prisoners not leaving bus

I've started a few new games the last couple of days since updating and buying the new pack. When my first prisoners arrived in 2 of my new games (after a couple of hours of preparing the prison) they will not come off the bus. I have enough guards, enough space and enough cells but they will not come off the bus. I tried uploading one of my prisons online and downloading it and still did not work.

I had this happen a few times. See if you can click the prisoners and put them on "escort to infirmary" or something. Also try getting guards to knock them out of the bus and then hit dismiss on the bus.

Thank you for the idea but it hasn't worked. They are non-clickable on the bus (I only see the prisoners with children pop out but still unclickable) and on the "Prisoners" tab they are not clickable either.

If you hover over the bus and click it you do find them sometimes.

Got a reception, delivery, holding cell? Maybe delete and re do those rooms.
