Prisoner transfers

Please give us the option to ask/ransom a prisoner for your own dungeon, could be useful when someone else captured your enemy warleader.

And also give us the option to transfer a prisoner to someone else.

Why not? Never thought of it, but I like the idea. It should come with lots of restrictions, however. The leader you ask for a transfer should have to like you, and it should cost as much money as ransoming them would.
