Prison architect crash [Switch]

everything I try to use the "Prison Warden" option in game on my switch it closes the game immediately also when I go into escape mode on a previous saved game it puts me into architect mode from where the escape mode left off and locks the camera to where I was standing last unless I puase the game.

Also I just learned I can't seem to open anything but escape mode architect and warden mode crash the game when I try to open them on the switch u.s version.
