Running into an issue with my machine empire where if I build alloy districts early in a planets development pops will fill all alloy production before any amenity production jobs. This leads to massive negative production from all jobs from low stability because of lack of amenities, requiring me to favorite amenity jobs and manually decrease the number of permitted clerks until I have just over positive amenities, but not ONLY amenities. For the rest of the game I have to manually increase amenity jobs as the population grows to keep just above 0, which is tedious to say the least. This would be easily fixed by prioritizing amenity jobs until amenities are positive before following standard order.
