For HoI III, there was a printed manual in different languages available (at least for download).

Will there be a printable manual for HoI IV, too? If yes, will it be available at release date (at least for download), and in which languages will it be available? I would prefer german, but can go with englich

Or will the be only the ingame tutorials?

well, since germany is, according to cKnoor, the only country that gets an physical copy of the game while the rest of the world is digital it probably includes a handbook.

hmm, haven´t seen a true handbook in normal versions of a hardcopy for ages. In collectors Editions yes but in normal hardcopy long time no see. I think last games i got with little bit useable handbooks where sins of a solar empire orginal edition and Supreme Commander 1.
