Primogenture succession house of Capet

I was playing Philippe VI of Valois, succession law was agnatic primogeniture when plague killed most of my descendants leaving the starck choice to hand over my crown and possessions to the cadet branch of bourbon or cadet branch of Artois but it happened on my death the game was over because it did not reconize the cadet branches to be part of the House of Capet !!!

Cadet branches are their own dynasties in game terms. If the crest and dynasty name changes the character is not from the same dynasty. This is not a bug but design choice.
