-USA and japan can t join an alliance until peart albort event but japan can down in the summer of 40 if china are puppet or annexed
-if the ribantrof-molotov pact are full , ger can t down su before summer (42?or41?)
-u can t give army in u allied land before war but 3months before u attack u can send troops for reinforce the position of u allied
-max level of fort is 5
-join is possible just for ideological politic and historical alliance

What time is the game on the 14th? I asked only because I see you dont have a FR/US player. Do you guy's still need a French/US player? If so I'd like to be in on the game.

I have alot of exp in the game single player and in multiplayer.

I get off of work in 3 hours, its 7:00 PM CST (Central Time US)

I discussed with players and any of them are ok to start it again from the beginning.
Italy is a bit fucked as i understood(only nearly 6 months of game) and i wouldn't have any noob as axis ally.

Humm , i can perhaps need a co-player for the States after what went in vichy .
I suggest that we restart the game at the begining , so that everybody will have max fun .
There are too many players who have chosen italy ,so we can consider italy will lose 6 months of productions.It ain't gonna be alright for a good game .
Perhaps we can have a chinese player too ? ( perhaps the same guy playing the USA with me ? )
And if the nationalist chinese fall , we can add a new player on the chinese puppet ?


Ps : The two last paragraph are just suggestion

i suggest the new ita player check in the save if he want to continue whit this save , beacause i know the first player is a noob , but Tzare is a good player and he play the 6month before the save

if we play whit a human in china (not a problem for me)we can t play on av normal or normal speed in the war time but in slow in 1937

and new recruit need to know that > we play in average normal and sometime in fast , if u have a 16k modem whit a commodor 484x whit 0.02mo ram play whit you great mother please and don t lost my time for rehost 10x (all here remember sunday and we have lost 6h of our lives)
