Sadly, this AAR is completed - as I can't fix the CTD. Probably has to do with that Victoria 2 1.1 had a lot of problems.
In 1851 - when the CTD kept occuring, I was just about to acquire Central America and Panama from Columbia, then would have turned west wards into the Pacific Islands. Oh well.
Hope you all enjoyed the reading as much as I did writing it - until the end when it became painful because of the in-game CTD.
