Hello, I continue hitting the submit button but the page doesn't give sign of acceptance. Am I doing something wrong?

Is it normal to submit the request and don't get any notice at all? Like when i press the submit button, after the filling process, the page just reload with no return, I already did it three times and get no "submitted with success" or any other notice. Hope i didn't spam the request for you guys.

By the way i'm Brazilian and the BRL thing is really available now.

Just what is the list of "approved re-sellers"? I bought both Cities: Skylines - Mass Transit and Hearts of Iron IV - Together For Victory from gamebillet.com and paid in Euro but am not sure if I'll just be wasting your time filling out the form.

Gamebillet is not a partner of ours so sadly you won't be able to get compensation.

For the people having issues submitting the form, can you please try the following:

- Clear your cookies and cache
- Try it in incognito mode
- Try a different browser

I've tested it during the day (and just now) and it worked fine so I'm a little stumped as to what the problem may be. If it's successful you will get an automatic email with information on what will happen next.

Alright, thanks. One more question though: Is it possible to receive a GOG key instead of a Steam one? I like supporting DRM-free options whenever I have the choice, but since I bought the Paradox product in question from Steam, the support form for the free game also defaults to Steam with no option to select GOG instead.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem. I tried to do what you wrote, but it still doesn't work: after I hit Submit the page reloads and I do not receive any email.

Same Problem with the page here. Submitting the Form does nothing. No confirmation email, just a reload of the form.

I tried with

- Chrome Browser
- Firefox
- IE11

All with the same results. No matter which mode the browser was in.

Form page does not work at all, it just reloads the web page with no visible difference.

On a side note, any mods or support staff can tell me if it is possible to claim multiple times with multiple receipts but using the same email? I feel happy for the people who bought a single DLC and got a full game as compensation. But as it stands right now I have bought collections and multiple editions of Paradox games. A single game or 2 DLC is nowhere near the price difference that I should be receiving.

In what form do you want the Steam receipt. On the steam client there's no way to get the receipt as a file. The email was just html without any file attachments. Do you need a screenshot, an HTML file copied from a browser or what?

I hate to sound like an entitled prick but this compensation in no way takes into account the Steam summer sale. If the sale happened with pre-hike prices, we could've saved even more. These additional savings is no way reflected in this compensation. I hope a makeup sale is in the process because I was seriously bummed by the summer sale because of the price hike.

Hello people,

Here’s the latest on the price roll-back. Sorry for the wait, as you might imagine this is a somewhat complicated process so thank you for your patience whilst we sorted this out:

Prices on all Paradox products, in all currencies except USD (since USD prices were not changed), have reverted back to their pre-increase levels as of today. Additionally, now the price rollback has been completed prices will be frozen for a period of three months.

After exploring options with our sales partners, we’ve come to the conclusion that partial refunds (as in, refunding the price difference) aren’t practically possible. Instead, we will gift everyone who purchased any Paradox product between May 17 and today (including pre-orders of Steel Division: Normandy 44 made before May 17), in any currency except USD (where prices were not changed), a free copy of a full PC game or two DLC, as a gesture of goodwill.

The games on offer will be:

• Stellaris
• Hearts of Iron IV
• Crusader Kings 2
• Europa Universalis IV
• Magicka 2
• Tyranny

OR, if you prefer, TWO from the list of the following DLC:

• HoI IV: Death or Dishonor
• EU IV: Third Rome
• CK II: Monks and Mystics
• Stellaris: Utopia
• Tyranny: Tales from the Tiers

Should you happen to already own all of the above then the system will credit you equivalent giftable keys.

IMPORTANT: We are accepting requests up to 23:59 CEST on the 9th August. You must submit your completed form by this date. Additionally, please note that you will not receive the content immediately, it will take some time for us to process all of the requests. The current deadline we are working towards is the 30th September 2017, check your email for further updates/next steps leading up to that date.

To be considered a “complete form” you need to include:

1. Your order ID
2. The currency used for the purchase
3. Details of the platform you redeemed your product on
4. A copy of your receipt
5. Your email
6. The requested product/s you’d like to receive

Alright small update on this: I have no idea why it isn't working ><.
I'm now at home and I've tried submitting a form and it works fine. I've tried on three different IPs and in both Incognito and normal mode in Chrome without issues. I can also see that there has been several submitted forms but for some reason it has given customers the ability to select a game from every platform, which isn't supposed to happen so I'm working on a way to solve this. Bear with us!

Minor update!
I believe the problem here is Java. Can those of you with issues please follow this link and download the latest Java version and let me know if it works? You will probably need to restart your browser after you are done.

No change for me here. Still same behaviour, even with newest JAVA.

BTW it is not a good idea to use Java because people with newest Firefox will not be able to use this form at all then. Firefox does not support Java anymore. And downloading a different browser only to fill out a form?

That being said, i tried Chrome, Firefox and IE11 after updating Java and no change, same problem as before.
