EU has been overpaying since Euro was introduced on Steam. GDP for EU has been stagnating for the last 10 years. South Korea has corruption of lower end of EU. Russia, Turkey, Brazil, China and India are much worse in that regard. GDP of Russia, Brazil and Turkey are taking a dip (maybe has to do something with corruption scandals and warmongering), while they were raising when EU was stagnating. Paradox was making half the money on Russian sales compared to 2013. The only country that is paying more in USD/EUR than they were before is South Korea, since KRW dipped just slightly compared to USD and raised compared to EUR.You are so knowledgeable about the shadow business in our country (sarcasm).
Listen, look at how much the prices in Europe and the USA have increased for all time (the site "steamprices") and how much in Russia, Brazil, India, China, South Korea, Turkey, etc. In all this countries, such high corruption?
In short, Paradox is just trying to keep their income in USD/EUR the same. They should have told this from the start, and I think their PR failed in that regard.
