2.2.5, they kill the first POP pretty fast with 35/month speed and then drop to that poor 5/month that will last almost an eternity for populated planet (and they are heavily populated in the lategame). So they can't get a single infestated world and thus can't get reinforcements.

Right now I'm really mad of this bug since I failed the Queening achievement. Again :mad:
