Prestige quirk

Trying to form Russia takes a long time and accumulates a lot of princedoms on the way. The irony is that electing to form the kingdom drops you from about +5.0 prestige a month to +0.4. Suddenly your 70 Count vassals are valueless and you have to dole out your prince/dukedoms to get any prestige. Even so, its less than you can get from hogging all the dukedoms and ignoring the kingship :wacko:

Seems weird? It seems like it's a part of the design, but it's not right IMHO.

hm.. make the counts into dukes.. since u dont get prestige from counts when ur king but do for dukes.. and if ur king of Rus.. then u can prolly hold up to.. lets say 50 dukes? dunno exaclty.. but that should prolly get u over 5.0 prestige.. alos.. im not sure.. but maybe there is another kingdom that u can form over there to the east.. wich gives u another prestige bonus for +2 kingdoms
