Pressing weak claims against Muslim kingdoms

In my Toulouse game, the Abbadid Emirate conquered the duchy of Portugale and the former duchess's daughter fled to my court. She has a `weak' claim against the duchy of Portugale. I plotted to kill the Abbadid emir and his five year old son became the emir of Portugale (and several other places). Technically, I should be able to press the claim of the duchess' daughter, since weak claims can be pressed against holdings that are under a regency. Yet, I have no claim to press against the Abbadids. What gives? Anyone else have similar problems?

If I understand you correctly, I cannot press a female's claim against a Muslim kingdom, even if the female is a Christian and the new kingdom would be Christian?

Now that confuses me.

I have no idea, I've never had a situation like this occur.

IIRC you cannot press a claim if the claimant would be excluded from ruling (such as in the case of Agnatic succession kingdoms), but it's been a while since I ran into such a situation, so things could have changed since then.

You can not press a females claim on an agnatic title.

Over the last couple of patches all the loopholes have been closed - so far as I know.
